22 guests' feedbackI didn't have a good time, but there are a few spots they will need to work on. Their WiFi network could never connect to the internet during my stay. So it means absolutely nothing, it's like there is no WiFi. Second, they will have to make plans with their load shedding situation. There are only candles available in the rooms and I had to buy matches myself to light them with as the box in my room was empty. The venue is beautiful and it's very peaceful there.
The place is nice for a family getaway. I recommend they get a shop on the premises for things like bread, cooldrink, ice, wood and charcoal. There is no signal at all and the TV didn't work. The place is clean and beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the shop is far.

Everything was clean and tidy. Lapa is fantastic to visit. Comfortable kitchen with braai area. Kids enjoyed swimming with the big people. Beautiful animals to see.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our hostess had already contacted us before our flight and adjusted our accommodation according to our personal needs. Her suggestions were great and we really enjoyed our time in Fochville!

We stayed in unit 103. The only suggestion I would like to make is that they must maybe put doors on the bathrooms, and there is a small step from the lounge area to one of the bedrooms and we all missed it. My husband got problems with his lower back so missing the step down hurt him a bit. So maybe put red tape or something there to make people aware of the step down. But other than that we loved our stay.
It is a good and quiet stay.
Elmarie goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking!
On arrival I was met by Elmarie and was taken to my room. I also arranged to have my meals as well. Most enjoyable!
We went away for our wedding anniversary and 30 year school reunion and stayed in the honeymoon suite. The tranquility of the farm life and the beautiful wildlife created a beautiful picture. We just wanted to stay there on Sunday, but yes, all good things come to an end. Very neat, it was lovely to stay there.
Beautiful Bosveld atmosphere in family hands that is kept nice, clean and tidy. The wildlife that roams so abundantly is wonderful and beautiful. All that bothers is the bunch of flies at the home and table, chairs that are not present in the room to eat.
Even in the winter months, this lodge has amazing views and a wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff in a great location. I'd highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, minutes from the nearest town.
We were spoiled to death - we celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary and wow, were we surprised at all the special effort that was made for us. Most beautiful views, food, table and celebrating our love together of 33 years filled with red and white hearts and the hospitality of Elmarie and Tony and Tinkie was overwhelming. And cleanliness was of a high standard - good for the soul and would recommend Losberg for any function, wedding, hunting weekend and gathering of families and friends. And of course the cherry on the cake - we drive out up the mountain. Tony that was awesome - and you live in a piece of heaven. Really appreciate the big treat. It was a fantastic weekend and experience, 5 stars indeed.

I was not happy with the service that I got because I was booked into a big self-catering side with no TV. I asked to be moved to a another room that's got a TV, only to find out that that TV is also not working, and the lady was not friendly at all.
Really enjoyed, and hosts went out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Already booked our next weekend there. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
The people at Losberg Lodge are friendly. Everything was neat and clean and they made an effort with the breakfast. I had a great time staying there, thank you very much! And will definitely spend the night there again if I'm in the area.
Rooms were changed at last minute. While I expected a private room for my husband and myself, it was changed to a bigger unit for us. Then another family member was added to our room.
Very friendly welcome. Helpful. Units were clean and tidy. Arrived there after dark and drove again after dark. Would love to see the setup in daylight. Looked very interesting. However, teenagers missed TV.
Place was nice and we had a good time.
